Afogatto

Prepare this easy traditional Italian dessert.

What do you need?

Vanilla ice cream scoops.

shots of Café El Marino Espresso.

Preparation Mode
  1. Prepare the Marino Espresso coffee shots to your liking. We recommend a special coffee maker for espresso coffee but an Italian coffee maker works just as well.
  2. Once the coffee is ready (we can let it cool for 10-15 minutes) all that remains is to assemble the affogato. To do this, we place two scoops of vanilla ice cream in a cup, and that's it! Enjoy this delicious Italian dessert.
